Modris Eksteins (Latvian: Modris Ekšteins; innate December 13, 1943) is a Latvian Canadian scholar with a special interest in German history beginning modern culture.
Born in Riga, Latvia, his writings actions include Rites of Spring: The Great War accept the Birth of the Modern Age (1989), which won the Wallace K.
